Every area of your life is a relationship. The relationship that determines all the others is the one you have with yourself.
At 19, a rock climbing accident sent me 40 feet off a cliff. I left my body and entered a state that was timeless, fearless, and filled with unconditional love. Everything that followed has been an attempt to answer the question that came back with me.
A living embodied relationship with who you truly are and every part of you that has forgotten that. When you access that, everything changes.
I hold unlimited potential for every person I work with. Not as encouragement. As knowing.
Every area of your life is a relationship. The relationship that determines all the others is the one you have with yourself.
Somatic, spiritual, relational, and parts-based. Working with the body and the nervous system, the parts organized around fear, and the aspect of you that is fearless.
The Timeless Self becomes a centered, embodied home. Not a state you touch and lose, but the ground from which everything else is lived.
Spiritually curious people who have done the work and know there is more.
I left my body and entered a state that was timeless, fearless, and immersed in unconditional love. Fear was completely absent. The architecture that produces it simply was not there.
The person who came back was not the same person who fell.
That experience did not inform my work. It is my work — the origin, the compass, the mission.
I spent years trying to understand what I had accessed. The integration became a path of healing and training that formed the foundation for everything I now bring to others. I went further into the territory that most clinical approaches stop short of, to understand the mystical dimensions of what it means to be human and bring them into the room with rigor and care.
Everything since has been an attempt to answer one question, rigorously, practically, and with full respect for both the psychological and the spiritual: what becomes possible when healing and transformation originates from the aspect of us that has no fear and whose nature is unconditional love?
The experience that changed everything: what I encountered, what it asked of me, and how it became the foundation of this work.
ListenA conversation about what it means to live from the aspect of yourself that cannot be broken, and how to make that a reality, not just a concept.
ListenMy training reflects a conviction that we are multidimensional — and that any framework for human potential and healing must honor that.

My work is built on the foundations of Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing, and goes further than either model alone. It explores what becomes possible when those foundations meet direct spiritual experience. Over 20 years, I have developed this framework at the intersection of clinical depth, somatic work, parts work, contemplative practice, and the territory of consciousness that most clinical training never enters.
The aspect of you organized around survival. Conditioned by unmet needs, trauma, and limiting beliefs. Brilliant at what it was built to do. But because its entire orientation is survival, it cannot heal the pain it is organized around. It can manage those things. It cannot transform them.
The aspect of you that exists outside of fear, outside of time, outside of the conditioning that created the problem. Unconditional love is its nature, not something it has to practice. It is present, powerful, and cannot be broken. My work makes it a centered, embodied home rather than a state you visit.
When the parts organized around survival are met by the most powerful and loving aspect of who you are, they begin to relax. They stop running your decisions, your relationships, your health, and your sense of what is possible. Not because they are forced to. Because they finally met who you truly are.
