About

Twenty years of clinical depth. Shaped by a Near Death Experience.

At 19, a rock climbing accident sent me 40 feet off a cliff. I left my body and entered a state that was timeless, fearless, and filled with unconditional love. Everything that followed has been an attempt to answer the question that came back with me.

What I Do

My work goes to the source.

A living embodied relationship with who you truly are and every part of you that has forgotten that. When you access that, everything changes.

I hold unlimited potential for every person I work with. Not as encouragement. As knowing.

The ground

Every area of your life is a relationship. The relationship that determines all the others is the one you have with yourself.

The method

Somatic, spiritual, relational, and parts-based. Working with the body and the nervous system, the parts organized around fear, and the aspect of you that is fearless.

The result

The Timeless Self becomes a centered, embodied home. Not a state you touch and lose, but the ground from which everything else is lived.

Who this is for

Spiritually curious people who have done the work and know there is more.

The parts carrying the old patterns have never been met by the aspect of you that has no fear. When they are, they change. Not because they are fixed. Because they are finally in the presence of something they have never encountered before.
The Origin

Where the work originated

I left my body and entered a state that was timeless, fearless, and immersed in unconditional love. Fear was completely absent. The architecture that produces it simply was not there.

The person who came back was not the same person who fell.

That experience did not inform my work. It is my work — the origin, the compass, the mission.

I spent years trying to understand what I had accessed. The integration became a path of healing and training that formed the foundation for everything I now bring to others. I went further into the territory that most clinical approaches stop short of, to understand the mystical dimensions of what it means to be human and bring them into the room with rigor and care.

Everything since has been an attempt to answer one question, rigorously, practically, and with full respect for both the psychological and the spiritual: what becomes possible when healing and transformation originates from the aspect of us that has no fear and whose nature is unconditional love?

MY TRAINING

Built across disciplines. By design.

My training reflects a conviction that we are multidimensional — and that any framework for human potential and healing must honor that.

Academic Foundations
M.A. Contemplative Psychotherapy

B.A. Psychology, SUNY Stony Brook

The beginning of a lifelong inquiry into the depth of who we are.

Spiritual Lineages

MY FRAMEWORK

Built on the foundations of IFS and SE. An original framework.

My work is built on the foundations of Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing, and goes further than either model alone. It explores what becomes possible when those foundations meet direct spiritual experience. Over 20 years, I have developed this framework at the intersection of clinical depth, somatic work, parts work, contemplative practice, and the territory of consciousness that most clinical training never enters.

The Survival Self

The aspect of you organized around survival. Conditioned by unmet needs, trauma, and limiting beliefs. Brilliant at what it was built to do. But because its entire orientation is survival, it cannot heal the pain it is organized around. It can manage those things. It cannot transform them.

The Timeless Self

The aspect of you that exists outside of fear, outside of time, outside of the conditioning that created the problem. Unconditional love is its nature, not something it has to practice. It is present, powerful, and cannot be broken. My work makes it a centered, embodied home rather than a state you visit.

Where They Meet

When the parts organized around survival are met by the most powerful and loving aspect of who you are, they begin to relax. They stop running your decisions, your relationships, your health, and your sense of what is possible. Not because they are forced to. Because they finally met who you truly are.

Honoring the lineages: The Timeless Self™ model is built on the foundations of Internal Family Systems, developed by Richard Schwartz, PhD, and Somatic Experiencing, developed by Peter Levine, two bodies of work I hold with deep respect and continue to build upon. It is also shaped by the contemplative traditions of Naropa University, deep study into many spiritual and shamanic traditions, and the direct experience of a territory that no single lineage owns. Timeless Self™ integrates and extends these sources. It does not replace them.
What Clients Say
"Danielle made me feel strong in my most vulnerable moments, seen, heard and safe beyond measure. I've worked with other practitioners in a similar capacity before, but none come close to the results I've received from Danielle. Not only did Danielle give me space and support to access my highest self, she gave me tangible tools to be consistent and make the results last. To this day, eight years later, I still use the tools I learned from Danielle."

J.C.

“Prior to meeting Danielle, I had done years of therapy and trying to 'fix' myself, but I kept coming back to the same stuck patterns. None of the therapies I had tried acknowledged the different parts of me or brought curiosity to my parts' desire to help or protect. Danielle welcomed me and all of my parts. It is through this work and her compassionate presence that I learned what it means to connect with Source and Self's innate resilience.”
